Job Description

The Global PR & Social Media Manager is responsible for leading the development and implementation of comprehensive PR and social media strategies to enhance the company's global brand presence and promote its products. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this role plays a critical part in driving international communications efforts and engaging with the target audience across various social media platforms.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated PR and social media strategies to effectively communicate the company's messages and enhance brand visibility globally.
  • Create compelling content for press releases, media pitches, social media posts, and other communication materials to maintain a consistent brand voice and tone.
  • Manage the company's social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok and YouTube including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and other key stakeholders to secure positive media coverage and partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze PR and social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies and tactics.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in PR and social media marketing to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

An ideal candidate would have:

  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in managing social media accounts and campaigns, preferably in an international or global context.
  • Strong writing skills in English with the ability to craft compelling content for various channels and audiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in PR, media relations, or corporate communications.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, especially those relevant to target markets.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for driving engagement and brand advocacy.

Working Hours Flextime System

  • The start and end times are left to the discretion of the worker. 
    (Flexible Time (Start): 5:00 AM to 12:00 PM, (End): 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Core Time: 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM)

Work Style

  • Overtime: 10 to 20 hours per month (varies by job type and season)
  • Flex System available.
  • Hybrid work location (on-site presence recommended)

Holidays

  • 120 days per year
  • Full Two-Day Weekend System: Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays
  • Annual Paid Leave
  • Summer Vacation: 3 days, to be taken at the desired timing between July and September
