TableCheck is seeking a passionate and Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic design team.
We are looking for a talented Senior Product Designer with expertise in designing intuitive and visually compelling data and analytics dashboards. As a key member of our product development team, you will play a critical role in conceptualizing, designing, and refining our data visualization tools to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
As a Senior Product Designer, you will work closely with the product team to learn about our users and provide exceptional user experiences and solutions for our product, along with collaborating with Engineers to make sure everything we ship is pixel-perfect.

Responsibilities
You'll be part of shaping an exciting new product from the ground up, this will be a challenging and rewarding experience where you will make a large impact by:
- Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to understand user requirements and translate them into intuitive and user-friendly dashboard designs.
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from ideation and wireframing to prototyping and final implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Develop interactive data visualizations that effectively communicate complex insights and enable users to derive actionable intelligence from large datasets.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to gather insights and continuously iterate on design solutions.
- Maintain and evolve our design system and UI components to ensure consistency and scalability across our suite of products.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data visualization and dashboard design, incorporating them into our design processes and toolkits.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing data and analytics dashboards.
- Proficiency in design tools such as, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc., as well as prototyping tools like Protopie or Framer.
- Deep understanding of data visualization principles, including knowledge of chart types, color theory, and information hierarchy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into simple and intuitive designs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design decisions and rationale to cross-functional teams.
- A passion for data-driven design and a relentless pursuit of excellence in user experience
Bonus points
- Experience working with data analytics platforms, BI tools, or similar technologies is highly desirable.
- Experience with AI.
- Japanese language proficiency
- Understanding and utilization of design systems
- Knowledge of design guidelines for different platforms, devices, and viewports.
