Job Description
We’re Hiring: Product Designer:
TRIPLE THREE Inc. is looking for a Product Designer to join our team and take part in the end-to-end product design process to enhance our product ecosystem. Strong design skills are essential, and experience in user research is a big plus. This is a remote, part-time contract opportunity based in Japan.

Responsibilities
- UX research including user interviews, competitor research, usability testing, etc.
- Organizing and documenting research findings (using tools like Miro or FigJam)
- Creating wireframes and UI designs (using Figma)
- UI improvements for existing products
- Supporting product strategy and planning phases
Qualifications
Must Have
- 1–2 years of experience in digital product design
- Experience in the product design phase from user research to product shipment
- UI design experience using Figma
- Interest in or experience in making products from scratch
- Proficient in reading, writing, listening and speaking Japanese
Nice to Have
- Experience involved in the early phase of B2B product development
- Experience designing and conducting user interviews
- Experience designing SaaS products
- Experience in the food service industry or HR
Language Requirements:
- Japanese - Business level
- English - not required
