Product Design Lead (UX/UI)

Responsibilities:

As a product design lead and a part of the founding members at Ubie APAC team, you'll have to:

• design the user experience for both healthcare providers and patients


• design the team

Qualifications:

• have “Ubieness”, required mindset for all Ubie members


• have around 5+ years of "end-to-end" experience in the UX/UI design space


• have a strong curiosity in human and user experience


• experience in growing business by 10X through the power of design


• experience in hiring talented UX/UI designers and building team

Preferred Skills:

• experience in acting as a product owner, product manager, or a scrum master


• experience in collaborating with various backgrounds of experts like medical doctors or data scientists


• good at designing Human-AI Interaction


• good at synthesizing qualitative data and quantitative data


• good at UX writing
