Qualifications
- Mid to Senior level of experience in a leadership position as a game designer
- A wide variety of knowledge of game design domains such as system design, level design, and UI/UX
- Put together Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Confluence, etc. documents that are persuasive and easy to understand
- Experience with node graphs in engines such as Unity or Unreal
- Communicate with overseas team members and collaborate to move the project forward
- Efficiently lead the team to a goal, and make necessary decisions and negotiations
- Take responsibility for the game’s quality and give constructive feedback to team members’ contributions
- Foster team members’ growth and be a positive influence on those around you
- Come up with a variety of ideas and workflow improvements and proactively propose them
- Passion for games
