Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive/KOL management

Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of KOL (Key Opinion Leader) marketing campaigns for the Japanese market
- Research, identify, and coordinate with Japanese influencers and online creators
- Assist in managing communication and relationships with KOLs and their agencies
- Work closely with multiple local marketing agencies to align strategies and ensure smooth campaign execution
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare campaign reports
- Help localize global content and ensure cultural alignment for Japanese audiences
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop campaign materials
- Stay updated with trends in Japanese online culture, social platforms, and influencer communities
Qualifications
What an ideal candidate means to us:
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing in Japan (KOL, social media, or related fields preferred)
- Full professional-level Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking, equivalent to N1)
- Passionate about influencer marketing and digital culture in Japan
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of Japanese social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
