Your Tasks:

  • Promote ZF Passive Safety Products (Airbag, Seatbelt and Steering Wheels) to the customers.
  • Prepare quotation by coordinating other functional teams against RFI/RFQ.
  • Manage project profitability with PM, Engineering and Operation teams with VA/VE ideas or through design change activity.
  • Understanding QCDM for responsible projects.
  • Handle prototype orders.



  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Automotive Industries. 
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience.


  • Working experience with Japanese OEMs.
  • Experience in automotive Interior products (IP, Seat, Safety, Door trim, etc.)
  • Engineering Background.
  • Working for multinational company in Japan or Japanese company in overseas.
  • Basic financial knowledge.

English Skill/Other Skill

  • English communication ability (Reading, writing, TOEIC 650 or above).
  • Overseas business trip / telephone conference needs to be managed by own.
  • Computer skills: MS-Outlook、Word、Excel、PowerPoint.
  • General presentation ability.
  • Ability to lead internal and customer meetings.
