Job Description

Event Marketing Manager will be a creative event professional to plan, execute, and manage our Zoom-hosted events, 3rd party events, and Executive events. You are a passionate and enthusiastic professional to oversees the strategy and execution of our most critical customer-facing and strategic events in Japan. You will collaborate with all levels and groups across the organization, while also being hands-on in bringing every event to life. This role reports to the Head of Japan Marketing.

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in event marketing in a high-tech, cloud, B2B, or SaaS company
  • Have the interest in AI, SaaS, UCaaS CCaaS industry, current market trends, and event best practices
  • Experience and success working in a cross-functional organization, and with a global mindset
  • Enjoy working in a high-growth company culture where change is a constant
  • Able to function independently, as well as collaboratively with other team members
  • Have fluent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English.
  • Understand Zoom, G-Suite, and Project management tools
