We are seeking a Project Manager who can bring our clients' visions to life with practicality and creativity.

As a project manager of creative content, you will integrate the insights of our team, aligning them with the views of our staff to create cohesive outputs. This pivotal role is essential in graphic design and video production!
About the Team:
You will work alongside dedicated Art Directors and Film Directors, guiding projects from orientation to delivery.

Responsibilities
We are looking for a PM to contribute to both graphic and video projects. Although handling complex shooting scenarios may involve outsourcing, your duties will remain integral.
- Initial meetings and client briefings, often via Zoom.
- Collaborating with Designers to propose ideas and sending estimates.
- Oversight responsibilities including scheduling, budget management, and team coordination.
- Preparation for shoots, securing studios, conducting auditions, and arranging staff.
- Filming & shooting: The extent of your involvement depends on your skills, with outsourcing as an option.
- Final touches: Liaising with retouchers and arranging post-production tasks.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (Japanese and English).
- Passionate about graphic design and video production.
- Looking to build a career in graphic design and video production.
- Enjoys interacting with people and values effective communication.
- Experience or hobby in graphic and video production, including practical work in　advertising visuals, TV shows, movies, or commercials.
- Experience in client negotiation.
